1. Service Description

Tokengrip provides AI cost tracking, analytics, and optimization tools. The service includes a web dashboard, REST API, and client SDK for monitoring usage across AI providers.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service.
  • Exceed rate limits or use the service in a way that degrades it for other users.

4. Plans & Billing

  • Free plan — limited to 10,000 requests/month and 1 project.
  • Pro plan ($29/month) — unlimited requests, unlimited projects, AI-powered recommendations, and data export.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing with team management, webhooks, and on-premise deployment.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Tokengrip does not claim ownership of your usage records, project configurations, or any content captured through the SDK. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Self-Hosted Deployments

Self-hosted deployments are available under the Enterprise plan. When self-hosting, you are responsible for your own infrastructure, backups, security, and compliance. Tokengrip provides the software as-is for self-hosted use.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tokengrip is a cost tracking tool and provides estimates based on publicly available pricing data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of cost calculations. Pricing data is synced from third-party sources and may have delays. You should verify important cost figures against your provider's billing.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
